Mark Beaton, President/Trainer
Mark has served in almost all positions of the auto dealership fixed operations including operations manager/dealer partner.

After he left his last store, he began as a Service & Parts Instructor and Subject Matter Expert for Chrysler Academy (now FCA Performance Institute) as well as FCA BusinessLink, FCA’s commercial truck division.

Mark helped create and launch Chrysler LLC’s new Service and Parts Manager Performance Groups (now FCA 20 Groups) and continues to serve as moderator to this day.

Since 2006, Mark has worked with Case New Holland (CNH Industrial) to create their Performance Dealer Group for service and parts managers.

He has been a featured speaker at Case New Holland PDG meetings, Digital Dealer conferences, and SEMA.

Jennifer Short,        
Jennifer began working in the automobile dealership industry in 2002 in the areas of Warranty Administration and Business Development Center installation and training.

In 2005, Jennifer joined MBA Dealer Services and began performing the administrative duties of the fixed operations consulting business. During that time she helped create and install then Chrysler LLC’s Service and Parts Manager Performance Groups (now FCA 20 Groups). To this date, she continues to lead the administration of these 20 Groups on behalf of FCA.

In 2014, Jen began a similar task with Case New Holland with the creation and installation of the Service and Parts Manager Performance Dealer Groups, which she continues to administer today.

In 2012, Jennifer became managing partner and CIO and in 2018, Jennifer became the CEO of MBA Dealer Services.

John Decker,     
Vice President/
John has been involved in the automotive industry for many years. Previously he’s been a salesperson, F&I manager, general manager, as well as a dealer principal. As a dealer principal, he became highly involved in a NADA Dealer 20 Group and served as Group Chairman for several years. Currently, John is consulting and training sales and service personnel in customer service, professional development, and dealership opportunities.​

Kelsea Bego, Administrative 
Assistant - Media
Kelsea is a graduate of Butler University in Indianapolis, IN with degrees in both digital media production and Spanish. She is an alumnus of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. She is involved in numerous philanthropic organizations and serves MBA Dealer Services in media & film production.​
